Problem Note 41422: "Data set does not exist" error might be issued when selecting a Plot Layer in the SAS/GRAPH® ODS Graphics Designer

The following error messages might be issued when selecting a Plot Layer from the SAS/GRAPH® ODS Graphics Designer:
The file "xxxxxx.sgd' cannot be opened.
Data set 'library.dataset' does not exist.
The "xxxxxx" is the name of the Plot Layer that was selected and "library.dataset" is the name of the data set that was most recently opened with the ODS Graphics Designer.
This problem is most likely to occur if OPTIONS MISSING=' '; has been specified prior to invoking the SAS/GRAPH ODS Graphics Designer.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
